Your details.
Handled with care.

This notice explains how FEED PROJECT uses information you submit through our donation and volunteer forms.

Who is responsible for your information?

FEED PROJECT is responsible for the information you submit through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

If you submit a donation form, we collect your name, address, email address, phone number, donation type, and the details needed to coordinate it. For cash donations, this can include the amount, transfer reference, and confirmation that you sent the transfer. We use these details to review your donation and follow up about it.

If you apply to volunteer, we collect your name, email address, address, preferred department, and the information you provide about yourself. We use these details to review your application and contact you about volunteering.

Please provide only information needed for your donation or application. Avoid including sensitive personal details in free-text fields.

How information is stored

Form submissions are sent to Supabase, our database provider, and are available to the FEED PROJECT team for donation and volunteer coordination. The project database is hosted in a European Union region.

How long we keep it

We keep donation submissions and volunteer applications for up to six months from the date they are received. A daily cleanup process automatically deletes submissions after they pass that six-month period.

Your privacy requests

You can contact us to ask about the information you submitted, request a copy or correction, or ask us to delete it. We will review your request and respond. Contact: [email protected].
